Dear friends and Neighbors, Come and see – Everything is New in 2023! We are so excited to unveil our fully renovated pool house and all new Kathy’s Korner concessions stand. These upgrades are currently underway, modernizing our facilities and setting us up for success for many years to come. The Broyhill Crest Recreation Club (BCRC) offers a summer long vacation right in your backyard, conveniently located two blocks from Mason Crest Elementary School, just off Murray Lane. We invite you to beat the heat with a summer full of swimming and fun with our friendly and welcoming members. 2022 was a banner year for us with more members than ever and we are looking forward to another bustling and successful year in 2023! |
Aside from our main and wading pools, we have plenty of room to spread out and relax. Basketball, pickle ball, table tennis, and sand volleyball are all available on our beautiful, shaded grounds. Splash in the wading pool, dig in our sandboxes, and explore the children’s playgrounds. And of course, we have free Wi-Fi.
We also have a strong swim team that participates in NVSL (Northern Virginia Swim League). Our active swim team helps kids become strong, healthy swimmers. Watch them experience the thrill of competition in a positive environment, while making friends of all ages. Bubbles, our early development swim team, as well as private swim lessons, will also be available.
There are lots of opportunities to connect with old friends and make new ones. We have Float Nights, where inflatable floats of all kinds, from dragons and unicorns to pizza slices and avocados, joust while the root beer floats flow! There are parties for toddlers, tweens and teens, and parties just for adults, too! Come experience the best street eats at our Friday Night food trucks, from April until October so you can enjoy a break from cooking before, during and after summer. Sample a Sunday Night dinner when our members show off their culinary skills. Members with email can choose to get our periodic publication “Cool Pool News” so you can keep current with upcoming pool-related information all season long, and you’ll love our latest pool-themed rhymes!

Shareholders receive a $25 membership discount, a complimentary reservation of the party pavilion, and five (5) free guest passes. Use the guest passes to invite your friends and summer guests to join you on your summer vacation at the Broyhill Crest pool!
For those returning members, we will continue with our simplified rate structure. The new membership platform, introduced last summer, was a success in streamlining enrollment and the front desk check-in process. You can do everything from managing the family members on your account to purchasing guest passes easily online. Our rates have increased slightly to keep pace with inflation, increasing management contract costs as well as capital improvement investments.
