| Hi All Hard to believe the end is nearing To the Summer fun of 2021 But have no fear, there’s still chances aplenty To enjoy activities – many still to come… LET’S GET READY TO PARTY This Sunday beginning at 6pm – BINGO at the pool! The Dog Days of August – and B-I-N-G-O was his name oh! Yes, a final chance this summer to play Bingo and win fabulous prizes on SUNDAY AUGUST 22nd. Pizza, salad and ice cream will be served from 6pm and the games will begin at 6.30pm. Everything just $1 each – pizza by the slice, salad by the bowl, individual ice-cream treats, and each Bingo game card. It is a fun evening for the whole family! Evening will be over by 8.30pm in time to get the kids home and ready for school the next day! (cold hard fact of life here – sorry kids!!) SATURDAY AUGUST 28th Let’s end this fabulous summer with the Adult Party, open to all 18 and over, on SATURDAY 28 AUGUST. Plan for some SummerFest Fun and join us for “BRATS, BUTTS & BEER” starting at 6pm. Sausages, pork and beverages, plus salads and sides – all for just $20 per person. Book the babysitter, invite your friends and neighbors, and join us at the pavilion for fun and friendship under the stars! We want to see new faces too – make this your end-of-summer tradition with your summertime pool friends! ADULT SWIM Every Sunday from 10am-11am, the pool is open for Adults 18 and over. Enjoy swimming laps, or just ‘taking in the waters’ with friends. Or perhaps coffee and the newspaper in Kathy’s Korner. Only three more Sundays to take advantage of this time! FLOAT NIGHT Every Tuesday from 7pm-8pm. Bring a float and enjoy the fun and frivolity in the pool! Ice cream floats sold from 7:15pm for just $1 each! And only two more Float Nights on the calendar – August 24th & 31st (with rain dates the following evening (Wednesday). POOL HOURS OF OPERATION Please note – from Monday, August 23rd to Friday, August 27th, and Monday, August 30th to Friday, September 3rd, (aka Weekdays) the pool will be open from 4pm-9pm (not 1pm-9pm as originally advertised, due to staff shortages explained previously). Weekends will continue at regular time of 11am-9pm. Closing day is Monday, September 6th, when pool opens at 11am and closes at 6pm. Stay Cool See you at the Pool |
