We did it! The pool did open at 11am last Saturday and congratulations to young Mia who was the first (and only) kid brave enough to jump in the shallow end. Debo was first off the diving boards, followed by two crazy Leersnyder ladies.
Volunteer Opportunities
You have been asking, and we plan to deliver! Due to the easing of Covid restrictions, we are planning to recommence with Float Nights on Tuesday 7-8pm, beginning 15 June.
Also, Sunday Night dinners are coming back! And there will be a July 4th celebration and Open House at the pool, complete with picnic food for sale, the Bike Parade and the greased watermelon!
And the July 3rd bike decorating party in the pavilion. All wheels are beginning to turn again. Give us a few days to set up on Signup Genius and then check the website at broyhillcrestpool.net to volunteer where you can! Details and descriptions of volunteer opportunities will be included in the next Cool Pool News…
