| Annual Shareholders Meeting — Nov. 2 BCRC’s Annual Business Meeting and Board Elections will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 2 at 7:30pm. In the Mason Crest Elementary School Library. Refreshments will be available starting at 7:00pm. The Annual Meeting is open to all, but only active shareholders can vote on pool business. The Board will offer reports from the previous year and address shareholder motions. We also will be electing new Board members. If you wish to be considered for membership on the Board, please email the BCRC Clerk at broyhillcrestmembership@gmail.com. Any club member in good standing is eligible to be on the Board. Requests for nomination to the Board must be received by the Clerk by September 28, noon, to be included in the meeting notification mailing that goes out by September 30.Nominations can also be made during the Annual Meeting on November 2. I urge you to consider ‘stepping up’, as many the current Board members have been doing this for 15 years and longer. Your input in the future of the pool is greatly needed and valued. |
